About our products

What are the products made of?

All our products are made from natural ingredients. Our specialists take pride in their formulations and solutions which are non-toxic and free of any preservatives. The detailed ingredients of each individual product can be found on each product page.

How can I find out more about a product?

You will find all the necessary information about our products (including ingredients and how they should be used) in the product descriptions.

Where are the products produced?

Our products are produced in South East Asia. It is our highest concerns that ingredients are ethically sourced and we regularly check in with the R&D specialists who we ensure only use natural plant extracts and greens for their research and development of our skin care products. All products are produced in accordance to our internal employee and safety regulations and that technology adheres to international quality standards.

Placing an order

How can I order a product?

  • Select your item and desired quantity
  • "Add to cart" your selected item
  • Log into your Sén Natural account or order as guest
  • If you do not have a Sén Natural Account yet: Fill in all necessary information either manually or with the help of Paypal, and click on “Continue to shipping method”
  • If you have an account with us: Check and confirm your personal details and click on “Continue to shipping method”.
  • Choose the appropriate shipping method and click on “Continue to payment method”.
  • Select the payment method you want to use and enter the invoice address, if it differs to the delivery address
  • Complete the order by clicking on "Complete order"
  • Now you just have to enter your payment details and the order process is done!

You will receive a confirmation email for the order shortly after you finished the process. Your order is not confirmed until you have received the confirmation email.

Why is the product in my shopping cart out of stock?

Sometimes due to high demand our products may be out of stock. Maybe someone beat you to it! However, feel free to sign up with your email address and we will get in touch with you as soon as the product is available again.

How long does it take until I get the confirmation email?

Once the payment has been completed, the confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided to us. If you do not get an email after 24 hours, please contact our customer support team.

Can an order be cancelled?

We believe in our products and we believe in you! Sometimes tastes differ and we accept that. If for any reason you are not satisfied this time, we still hope to keep you as a future customer.

Making a payment

What payment methods do you offer?

You can choose between PayPal or Credit Card as your payment method. We accept all major credit cards.

Why is my Order Status as “Payment Pending”?

Once we have received your payment, the order will be confirmed. Some payments cannot be processed immediately and can take up to 24 hours to process. If your order status is still on “Payment Pending” after hours, please contact our customer support team.

Choosing a delivery method

How long does it take until I get my product?

We know you’d like your Sén Natural product delivered to you as soon as possible. We want that too! To avoid long waiting times, we ship your order almost immediately and depending on your chosen method, it will take between 1-4 days for your delivery to reach you. Worldwide shipping will take about 7-14 days. 

What delivery methods can I choose from?

Within Singapore we offer tracked standard delivery (1-4 days). The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep and if you are not at home, you can simply collect it at your closest SingPost location.

For worldwide shipping we offer Standard Shipping (7-14 days) and Standard Shipping with Tracking (7-14), which includes a tracking number for your parcel.
